School Leadership

Concordia College’s leadership is made up first by the Board of Regents, responsible for overseeing all matters concerning the college. The Board of Regents also appoints the college president. Pamela M. Jolicoeur became the 10th president of Concordia College in 2004 and is a leading proponent of independent higher education.

The president is assisted by six vice presidents, an associate vice president, two deans and a senior director, who oversee the eight administrative divisions of the college. These divisions include Academic Affairs, Finance, Operations, Student Affairs, Enrollment, Advancement, Communications and Marketing, and International Development.

Concordia College is owned and operated by the congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in northern Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana. The ELCA Division for Education supervises the college and grants a yearly appropriation toward its support.
